Winter Respite: Lemongrass and Chamomile Foot Scrub – Metro Shoes

We have the answer in the form of a Lemongrass and Chamomile Foot Scrub. Not only does this foot scrub rejuvenate your feet but also makes them smell decadent. Here’s what you’ll need:

1 Cup of Granulated Sugar

A half-cup of Coconut Oil

A half-cup of Epsom Salt

A half-cup of baking soda

2 Chamomile tea bags

15 drops of chamomile essential oil

10 drops of lemongrass essential oil

5 drops of lavender essential oil

Blue Soap Colouring (Optional)

Here’s how you’ll do it:

Step 1: Combine the sugar, coconut oil, Epsom salt, baking soda, essential oils, tea bags in a large bowl and mix until they come together.

Step 2 (optional): Add the blue soap colouring.

Step 3: Transfer to your jar (preferably air tight).

That’s it!

Here’s how you’ll use it:

Apply the foot scrub generously to your feet and vigorously rub it into your problem areas like your heels and sides of your toes.
